High-Ticket Sales Closer

I don't just close deals. I build better ways to close them.

Twelve years in sales across Brazil, Europe and the US. I close high-ticket offers, run enterprise B2B accounts, and quietly rebuild the parts of the process that slow the sale down.

About

Remote-first. Sales-first. Always improving the system.

I like understanding how people make decisions. That naturally led me into sales. Over time, I became just as interested in improving the process behind the sale.

If preparation is slow, I build a workflow. If an offer is hard to explain, I create a visual framework. If a script is weak, I rewrite it. If follow-up is messy, I organize it.

That’s why I don’t see myself as just a closer. I help revenue teams sell better, move faster, and make the process clearer.

One of the most dedicated, honest and trustworthy employees we’ve had.

Watch my quick intro.

A short presentation about who I am, how I work, and why I’m focused on remote sales, closing, and AI-powered sales workflows.

Let’s Talk

Chapter II · Beyond Closing

What happens after the call?

Most people move on to the next opportunity.

I usually ask myself one more question.

“How could that conversation have been even better?”

Every sales team has friction.
Repetitive work.
Missed information.
Slow preparation.
I naturally look for those bottlenecks.
Then I fix them.
Sometimes with a better process.
Sometimes with AI.
Always so I can focus on selling.

Appointment Setter / SDR

Remote High-Ticket Campaigns · Remote · Project-based
2024–2025

Feed closers with qualified, ready-to-buy conversations at high volume.

What I did

300–500 dials/day, structured qualification, and clean handoff briefs so closers walked into calls prepared.

Improved handoff quality and pipeline efficiency for the closer team without burning the list.

03

Customer Support Specialist

Spotify · Remote
2021–2024
Challenge

Resolve billing, subscription and product issues under strict SLAs.

What I did

2019–2021

05

Telesales Representative

Vivo Telecommunications · Brazil
2013–2016
Challenge

Move mobile, TV, landline and subscription offers on inbound and outbound calls.

What I did

Built daily-conversation stamina, objection-handling reps, and the foundational script discipline every closer needs.

Result

Consistent quota performance across a high-volume telesales floor.

Earlier experience: New Holland (factory + quality inspector), Ireland hospitality (Starbucks, waiter, retail, delivery), pharmacy assistant in Brazil.

Chapter IV · AI as leverage

A supporting tool, not the pitch.

I'm a sales operator who uses AI to prepare faster, research deeper, and keep conversations sharper. The sale still lives on the call.

  1. AI call preparation

Every discovery call opens with a full context brief on the prospect and their answers.

  2. Prompt engineering

Reusable prompts for research, summarization, objection handling and follow-up drafts.

  3. Application summaries

Long intake forms compressed into a one-page read closers can scan in 60 seconds.

  4. Miro sales frameworks

Complex offers turned into visual maps the whole team can sell from.

  5. Workflow automation

Lightweight automations that remove repetitive prep and keep the pipeline moving.

  6. Sales scripts & objection handling

Living scripts tuned to real call recordings, not generic templates.

  7. Public data organization

Turning scraped or public data into clean lead lists and account research.

  8. Chrome extensions & tools

Small utilities that save minutes per call. Minutes add up across a quota.

Interlude · Philosophy

What shapes the way I sell.

Not certifications. Just the frameworks I keep coming back to on real calls.
